SnapChair is the all-in-one platform for barbershops. We help barbers manage bookings, payments, team scheduling, and client experience — all from one dashboard.
Plans start at $9.99/month for solo barbers and $29.99/month for shops. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no booking limits.
Yes! Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. Your card is charged only after the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Booking
Find a barbershop on our marketplace or use a barber's personal link. Select your barber, choose a service, pick a date and time, enter your details, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email.
No! You can book as a guest with just your name, email, and phone number. Creating an account lets you manage your bookings and see your history.
You can reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment (max 2 times per booking). You can cancel at any time. If payment was already processed, you will receive a full refund minus the card processing fee.
Payments
For marketplace bookings, payment is processed securely online at booking time. For direct bookings, the shop chooses whether to accept online payment, cash, or both.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details.
If a barber cancels or doesn't show, you'll receive a full refund. Contact the shop directly or reach out to SnapChair support.
Account
Go to Settings in your dashboard. At the bottom, you'll find the Account section with options to manage your plan or delete your shop. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Yes. Go to Settings > Manage Plan to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
For Barbers
Go to My Profile in your dashboard. Add your photo, bio, specialties, social links, and portfolio photos. The more complete your profile, the more clients you'll attract.
Yes. Go to your profile and use the "Transfer to another shop" section. Enter the shop's URL slug and submit. The shop owner needs to accept your request.
For Shops
Click "Get started", fill in your details, choose a plan, set up your shop (name, address, hours), and connect your payment account. You will be live in minutes.
Yes! Shop plans support multiple barbers. You can invite barbers by email, manage their schedules, and track their performance from your dashboard.
We charge 10% on bookings that come through the SnapChair marketplace. This includes the card processing fee - you receive 90% clean. Direct bookings from your own clients have zero commission.
